Tina Fey put away her Mary Poppins Umbrella of last year and donned a navy blue silk charmeuse (or possibly velvet?) fitted gown by Mick Jagger's partner, Designer L'Wren Scott.It featured a scooped V-neck and flange-like ruffles (yes, kids, I'm throwing out Fashion School Terminology 101 at you!). To be honest, I'm, "on the fence" on this one, it definitely looked better onstage than it did here
